Asheville, NC -- T. C. Lewis and Co. is proud to announce a new project in downtown Asheville, North Carolina following the acquisition of an existing building. It will undergo substantial renovations over the coming months. "We love downtown Asheville, and we've wanted to get involved in a commercial project here for some time. So, we've been patiently looking for opportunities for the last couple years. We finally found one, and we're really excited about it," says Cory Lewis, President/CEO.
Johnson City, TN - T. C. Lewis & Co. is proud to announce the acquisition of nearly a dozen more single family homes in the downtown district of Johnson City, Tennessee to add to it's earlier acquisitions of more than 50. Renovations have been underway since the initial acquisitions were completed. "To say that some of these homes were in need of work is a real understatement. But the neighbors and city seem to be pleased with the results so far." The homes are being held and leased.
